At ArcaKey (a brand of Guangzhou Elong Animation Technology Co., Ltd.), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients (arcade operators) and their end-users (players). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS dashboard ("Cloud Dashboard"), mobile applications ("CEO App"), hardware devices (IoT Readers, Kiosks), and related services.
1 Information We Collect
We collect information to provide our cashless payment and venue management services. The types of data fall into three categories:
A. Operator Account Data (B2B)
- Business contact details (Name, Email, Phone Number, Company Address).
- Billing and payment integration settings.
- System configuration data (Machine layouts, pricing rules, staff accounts).
B. End-User Transaction Data
- RFID/IC Card Data: Unique Card IDs, current balance, ticket counts, and membership tier.
- Usage Logs: Time, location, and machine ID for every tap-to-play transaction.
- Biometric Data (Specific Hardware Only): If facial recognition kiosks are deployed, biometric templates are stored securely and locally. We do not upload raw biometric images to the public cloud.
C. Hardware & IoT Telemetry
- Device status (Online/Offline), error codes, and firmware versions.
- Network signal strength and local IP addresses.
- Coin/Pulse signal data for auditing mechanical counters.
2 How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To process payments, issue cards, track game revenue, and sync data between local servers and the cloud.
- Analytics & Reporting: To generate revenue reports, machine popularity rankings, and member retention statistics for operators.
- Hardware Maintenance: To remotely diagnose reader faults, push firmware updates, and monitor network stability.
3 Data Storage & Security
We utilize industrial-grade security measures to protect your operational data:
Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Sensitive IC card keys are encrypted at the hardware level.
Offline Redundancy
Local servers store backup data to ensure business continuity during internet outages.
Access Control
Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel. Operators can set granular permissions for their staff.
Server Location
We use regional cloud servers (AWS/Aliyun) to comply with local data sovereignty laws where applicable.
