Please read these terms carefully before using ArcaKey's hardware products and SaaS platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ArcaKey. By accessing our website, purchasing our hardware (including card readers, kiosks, and wristbands), or using our SaaS management platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Operator" or "User") and Guangzhou Elong Animation Technology Co., Ltd. (doing business as ArcaKey). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
ArcaKey provides a comprehensive arcade management ecosystem designed for amusement venues, FECs, and parks. Our Services include:
- Hardware: IoT card readers, self-service kiosks, ticket eaters, access gates, and RFID media (cards/wristbands).
- SaaS Platform: A cloud-based dashboard for managing revenue, members, machine settings, and inventory.
- Firmware: Embedded software running on our hardware devices.
3. Accounts & Security
To access the ArcaKey SaaS dashboard, you must register an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Operator Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ArcaKey is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
4. Hardware & Warranty
ArcaKey hardware products are manufactured to industrial standards. We warrant that our hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers mainboards, screens, and readers.
5. Payments & Billing
Hardware Purchases: Payment terms for hardware orders are defined in the specific sales invoice or contract.
SaaS Subscriptions: Access to the cloud platform may be subject to a subscription fee. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Data Privacy
Your Data: You retain all rights to the operational data (revenue, member lists) generated by your venue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcaKey (Guangzhou Elong Animation Technology Co., Ltd.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
